It’s not just a dress it’s honestly a full experience! The dresses is stunning, the shop is lovely, they do an ‘I said yes to the dress’ sign at a lovely set up photo area. Their service was just second to none. Fiona spent so much time with my daughter checking what dresses she liked and pointed out the lovely details of each to her. She helped her choose a colour from the colour chart and overall just made her feel like a real life princess. She helped me with choosing the right shipping method to ensure it arrived in time. As promised they called as soon as the dress came in. The ladies at the shop are so passionate about their job and it made my daughter even more excited hearing them! When we returned to collect the dress, Fiona was so excited to show her the dress. She helped again with picking out some shoes. She made sure everything was exactly as my daughter wanted and showered her with compliments. Every little detail about shopping with them has been magical! So so glad we picked carriage and castles and we will definitely return for any future events. Thank you so so so much ladies! I have a very happy girl!
