I visited Margaret at Carriage & Castles yesterday with my niece to look for her flower girl dress. The service was 10/10 we were both made to feel very comfortable and she provided my niece with such a lovely experience in trying on different dresses and styles. My niece said yes to the dress and we got a lovely picture at the gorgeous backdrop. Thank you for making it such a lovely experience. We can't wait to come back and pick up her dress!

We recently got our daughters christening dress from the shop, Fiona was great from just helping with our baby girl and then trying on different dresses to ensure we found the perfect dress which was such a hard choice as all the dresses are so beautiful! Would 100% recommend the shop, we had so many compliments on our girls special day. Thank you so much again x

We had such a lovely experience today thanks to Vicky. We went in looking for a christening outfit for our baby boy, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so patient, kind, and helpful, giving us lots of different options without ever making us feel rushed. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Vicky also helped us choose the perfect shoes and socks to complete the outfit. We are absolutely over the moon with what we picked, and we couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. Thank you so much, Vicky, for making such a special occasion even more memorable!

I came across Carriage and Castles on Instagram. The shop is in Glasgow but I live in Shropshire so I reached out to the shop to see if they would do a video chat with me to show me their range of christening gowns for my baby girl. Fiona and Margaret were amazing, they both did a video chat with me and were incredibly helpful and patient showing me each gown and their individual details. I decided on the Krystal gown with similar matching bow headband. The dress arrived within 5 days of me placing the order and when it arrived I was not disappointed! I love the dress, the quality of the fabric and the detail is really beautiful - it is perfect my little Sienna's christening and is just what I was looking for!

We had the most magical experience today at Carriages and Castles. We were looking for the perfect dress for our little one to attend a big milestone birthday and really wanted to give her the full experience. Pam met us when we arrived and discussed what we were looking for. As we were not sure what style we were looking for, we tried on many dresses and finally said Yes to the dress. Absolutely fantastic experience at carriage and castles today. Phoned this morning to see if they do flower girl dresses for 10 year old girls was able to get an appointment the same day. Went into the shop the assistant we had was Fiona she was fabulous, shop was spotless and she pulled dresses that she thought my little one would love (she’s autistic and doesn’t like anything scratchy). We found the perfect one that made Grace feel just like a princess and she got ring the bell and get her picture taken on the chair with her sign. Excited for the dress to arrive ❤️ thanks again for a pleasant experience.

Our girls had a lovely experience at Carriage and Castles trying on flower girl dresses. The staff were great and there were lots of dresses for the girls to choose from. They even had a little shot of the tiaras and veils which they absolutely loved. A definite princess experience!! Would absolutely recommend :)
